We enjoy visiting this place for their baked goods. Occasionally, we’ll get a cake, and they really nail the decoration, but other times, it’s a total flop. When we ask for a quarter sheet cake, sometimes they slice it up, and other times, they leave it whole. Plus, when we go to grab our cakes, it’s often a ghost town over there. Either the staff has their backs turned or they’re too busy chatting or working to notice us waiting for assistance.

The quality of the fruits and veggies is just awful. The section for produce is poorly run. Items aren’t rotated as they should be. I've come across moldy berries, old mealy apples, bruised and overripe bananas. The wet vegetable rack? It's the absolute worst; the veggies there are so spoiled they’re black and slimy. The employees are quite unfriendly and not helpful at all. A lot of them seem more interested in their phones than actually assisting customers. I've faced numerous issues with being overcharged. When I try to get Macy's to fix their mistakes, I just encounter rude staff in the so-called 'customer service department.'

The staff can be quite rude and unhelpful. When I reached out to customer service to fix one of their numerous errors, they were also very disrespectful.
